Thanks to a specially designed hydraulic system, an optimized development of the interior of the extruder block and a construction in stainless steel we reach a very high quality of the Dry Ice.

Production (flow rate) is modifiable during the process. The flow rate of Dry Ice can be adapted to the packaging lines or to the blasting units with Dry Ice.

- ECO: The machine will autonomously adjust the production capacity in order to obtain the best LCO2 - Dry Ice ratio.

FlexIce 240D

It can work in dual mode or in standalone mode.
In independent mode each head produces a minimum of 160 kg/h and can start or stop producing independently.
Each head can produce a different type of pellet whatever the operating mode.
